Titus is a writer on cultural matters for National Review Online, The Federalist, Law & Liberty, Catholic World Report, as well as Modern Age and the University Bookman. He runs the American Cinema Foundation in Hollywood, hosts the ACF podcasts, and tours America giving college lectures on film, digital media, poetry, and philosophy. He is from Bucharest, Romania, and has a B.A. and an M.A. in Political Science from Bucharest and Brussels with additional studies in Liberal Arts at Bard College Berlin. He is a Publius Fellow at the Claremont Institute. He currently moves between San Jose and Bucharest.
